Meet The Board
Rose enjoys seeing the remarkable things our community can do when we work together. Serving as a volunteer board member for The Camano Center, Stanwood-Camano YMCA, Community Resource Center of Stanwood-Camano, Stanwood-Camano Art Advocacy Commission, and the Sno-Isle Libraries Board of Trustees, she has helped to coordinate capital fundraising efforts to bring many of these organization’s beautiful facilities to our community. Rose attended the University of Puget Sound (BS in Economics) and Antioch University (MA in Whole Systems Design). She is excited to watch creativity, innovation and mastery flourish at the Arrowhead Ranch.
Marla is the Co-Owner of Arrowhead Ranch, where she and her husband, Randy, create welcoming spaces and memorable experiences. Through Arrowhead Stay, she offers cozy vacation rentals that showcase the charm of Camano Island. For 20 years, Marla and Randy owned the local Windermere Real Estate offices, shaping the area’s real estate landscape before selling them in 2022. Passionate about community, she loves supporting the Stanwood-Camano area. An animal and art enthusiast, Marla adores caring for the ranch’s peacocks. Her mission is to inspire hope and possibility in others.
Randy is a visionary with a strong work ethic and deep commitment to community. As Co-Owner of Arrowhead Ranch with his wife, Marla, he has brought a lifelong dream to life. Until 2022, Randy proudly owned and operated two Windermere Real Estate offices in the Stanwood-Camano area before selling them to focus on new ventures. Grateful to live in such a beautiful place, he is passionate about giving back. One of his proudest achievements is bringing the All American Soap Box Derby to the community. His motto: "Be safe, have fun, and dream big!"
Dena Aitken is the visionary founder of Arrowhead Ranch Flower Farm on Camano Island, where she cultivates a vibrant selection of blooms including dahlias, sunflowers, and pumpkins. Her enthusiasm and hard work have transformed a portion of the ranch into a flourishing destination that celebrates local beauty and agriculture. Recently, Dena secured a USDA grant to build a high tunnel greenhouse, further enhancing the farm’s ability to produce high-quality flowers and plants throughout the year. Her dedication to sustainable farming and community shines through in everything she does.
Stephanie is a passionate archery instructor dedicated to empowering women and children through archery. With a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment, Stephanie’s goal is for students to feel safe and confident on any archery range. She believes that archery is more than just a sport—it’s a tool for building confidence, patience, and resilience.
Buddy arrived at the ranch in December 2021, joining his brother Axle. He loves the events and is very social with visitors!
