The space is compact and full of character, but it's not for everyone. The king bed is located in a loft accessed by a steep ladder, so guests should be comfortable climbing up and down. Welcome to The Fern, a quiet and stylish retreat nestled among the tall cedars on Arrowhead Beach Road. Built in 1950 and lovingly remodeled in 2025, this cozy getaway offers sparkling clean spaces, soft, luxurious bedding and towels, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing. Meet Arlene, she is an extraordinary 1914 farmhouse recently restored to her former glory. Located near historic Utsalady Bay and just minutes from amenities. Take a walk or ride a bike down one of Camano Island’s most historic streets and watch the sunset across the bay. She has original hardwood floors and shiplap, with beautifully renovated bathrooms, and a stocked laundry room.
