Some would say Randy is a man with a dream. The Arrowhead Ranch is a dream that has come to fruition. Randy is also proud to own and operate Arrowhead Ranch alongside his wife, Marla. He feels so fortunate to live where he lives, and truly loves to give back and be involved to the community. One of his proudest accomplishments at Arrowhead Ranch was bringing the All American Soap Box Derby to the Stanwood & Camano Island Community. He lives by the motto… Be safe, have fun, & dream big!

Marla is the Co-Owner of Arrowhead Ranch alongside her husband, Randy. Marla loves to welcome visitors to Camano Island and can do just that with her short-term vacation rental properties, known as Arrowhead Stay. She loves to give back to and see the Stanwood and Camano Island communities thrive. Marla loves animals, and is especially fond of her peacock Walter and peahen Betsey that live at the Arrowhead Ranch. Marla’s WHY is to give others, including herself, a sense of hope and inspiration.

Brandon has been part of Camano since 1987, He graduated Stanwood High School in 2005 and has a passion for guest service and hospitality. He has actively been a board member for the Camano Chamber of Commerce. Brandon enjoys Camano, creating everlasting memories and bringing people together. He feels blessed to be part of Arrowhead Ranch and the excitement it has to offer in his hometown.

Olivia Swanson is the Ranch Hand at Arrowhead Ranch! She is a Stanwood High School graduate and has lived on Camano Island since 2007 on a small farm. Olivia has been riding horses for 15+ years and is an equestrian show jumper. She is an extremely hard worker who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and loves making the Ranch look amazing!

Alyssa grew up on the Olympic Peninsula in Port Angeles. She graduated from Western Washington University in December 2020 with a Marketing degree and a Communications minor. She loves to spend time outdoors with her friends. She has a passion for house plants and has over 18 different ones! Alyssa is currently doing Arrowhead Ranch’s social media, website, and emails.

Walter and his lady friend Betsy were hatched at Legg’s Peafowl Farm in Kansas City, MO in 2020. They arrived at Arrowhead Ranch in the US mail. They are India Blue peafowl.
